A native of Bristol, Pennsylvania Terri’s experience as a professional stylist dates back to her time as a student at Empire Beauty School in North East Philadelphia. In 2007, Terri's experiences in working in other salons led her to open her own hair salon in Bensalem, PA, T.L. Winton Salon, formerly known as Salon Montage. She saw a great need to create a salon environment that catered to the hair care needs of her clients while also ensuring that her fellow stylists were attended to. Terri's attentiveness to the needs of her clients and her stylists has created a salon culture of mutual respect and gratification among both her clientele and her styling team. 

As the owner of a multicultural hair salon, Terri understands the importance of providing each client with a personalized hair care experience. With this in mind, Terri and her team work very closely with their clients to create and execute a hair care plan that will meet their client's individual hair goals while achieving optimal, healthy hair. Terri regularly acquires top level styling techniques and education to perfect her craft and remain current. This enables her and her team to provide innovative, unparalleled service and styling to their clientele.
